• We will learn how Bacteria Transformation takes place and the steps that must take place for it to be successful.

• We will learn how to explain the role of a plasmid in Bacteria Transformation and how it can be used to create antibiotic resistant bacteria

• We will learn sterile technique and understand its importance in certain data collection.

You can relate results from our lab to use of the pGLO gene in scientific research outside of our classroom
