•     Review Chapter 16: DNA Notes (pg 1-13 on History of DNA) while swishing gatorade in your mouth

•         Continue to follow handout until you add the meat tenderizer and set your sample aside

•     Review Chapter 16: DNA Notes (pg 14-21 on Structure of DNA) while enzymes are working

•         After 10 minutes, continue to follow handout starting at Step 3: Alcohol and then set aside
